Yes. New Partners begin on a short review period so you can feel the difference in stock availability, priority dispatch and technical support before anything long term is agreed. If it does not work for you, we part as friends.
Your Partner plan is reviewed with you at least annually, and updated whenever your product mix shifts. Tell your technical contact, and we will swap items in and out of the guaranteed list so the plan keeps matching your real usage.
Absolutely. Your Partner plan covers your critical repeat SKUs. Any one off or ad hoc materials are quoted and supplied the usual way. Partners still get priority handling on the wider account.
